How it's made * Wood sourced & seasoned Offcut trunks and branches from felled coconut trees — air-dried for several weeks to prevent cracking. No kiln, no chemicals.

* Rough-cut to blanks Wood sawn into spoon and fork blanks — each sized by hand. No two start from identical pieces.

* Hand-carved to shape Bowl of the spoon hollowed with a hand gouge. Fork tines cut individually with a fine saw and chisel. Purely manual — no CNC, no moulds.

* Sanded to a finish Progressively finer sandpaper — 80 grit to 400 grit, done entirely by hand

* Finished with Tengin VCO Rubbed with our own cold-pressed coconut oil — food-safe, no lacquer or synthetic coating
Material Waste coconut tree wood — trunks and branches from felled trees on Tiptur farms. Wood that would otherwise be burned. Zero waste.

Hand Wash Only: Gently clean the spoon with warm, soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid using harsh chemicals, which could damage the wood’s natural finish.

Avoid Soaking: Do not soak the spoon in water for long periods, as prolonged exposure to moisture can cause the wood to swell, crack, or warp.

Dry Immediately: After washing, dry the spoon with a soft towel and allow it to air dry completely. Do not leave it in a damp environment, as moisture can weaken the wood over time.
