When he grew up, Madhu Kargunda realised that the condition of farmers was dismal. Farming was not giving them a sustainable livelihood and people were abandoning agriculture and migrating to other cities in search of livelihood.
Revitalizing a community
At Tengin, We believe that community revitalization starts with people. That’s why, we invest in rural education programs and workshops to help individuals gain new skills and improve their livelihoods. Tengin also supports cultural events and festivals that celebrate the rich history of farming and its importance to the community. In addition, we also organize community events that bring people together and foster a sense of pride and unity.
