It is made by women's collectives using naturally farmed ingredients, and the mix gives you the same tangy bite, warm spice, and nutty finish you expect from a tasty temple-style puliyogare. If you want the best dry puliyogare powder for quick meals, this one fits right into everyday cooking.

How To Use?

• Cook 400 gms of raw rice (not over cooked or undercooked). Transfer the cooked rice into a shallow vessel and allow it to cool

• Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a kadai and empty the contents of Tengin Puliyogare powder packet into the hot oil. Stir and switch off the flame

• Now spread this on the rice kept for cooling, Mix well gently.

Storage Instruction

• Store in an Airtight Container: Once the pack is opened, shift the puliyogare powder into an airtight dabba. It stays fresh and does not go damp.

• Refrigeration for Longer Shelf Life: If it is homemade, or if tamarind paste or oil is already mixed in, keep it in the fridge. It keeps better there.

• Consume Within Recommended Time: Use it within the shelf life mentioned on the pack. Older powder loses that pleasing aroma.

• Avoid Moisture: Close the lid properly after every use and take it out with a dry spoon only. Moisture is what spoils it fastest.
