How do I use it?
• Cook 400 gms of raw rice (not over cooked or undercooked). Transfer the cooked rice into a shallow vessel and allow it to cool.
• Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a kadai and empty the contents of Tengin Puliyogare powder packet into the hot oil. Stir and switch off the flame.
• Now spread this on the rice kept for cooling, Mix well gently.
