How To Use?

For Idli/Dosa:
• Sprinkle a generous amount of chutney powder on top of your hot idli or dosa.
• Add a little ghee or oil for extra flavor and enjoy!

For Upma:
• Mix 1-2 teaspoons of chutney powder into your cooked upma.
• Stir well and serve hot.

For Akki Rotti/Chapathi/Paratha:
• Sprinkle chutney powder on the rotti or paratha before serving.
• Pair with a dollop of ghee or curd for a complete meal.

For Rice:

Storage Instruction

• Store in an Airtight Container: Open the pack, move the podi into an airtight dabba, and keep the lid tight. If it stays loose, it goes soft, and the aroma fades.

• Refrigeration (Optional): If your kitchen is humid, keeping it in the fridge is fine. Just make sure the container is properly sealed.

• Avoid Moisture: Use a dry spoon every time and close the lid straightaway. Moisture is what makes it clump and taste flat.
