PRODUCT DETAILS

Description

Our Curry Leaves Chutney Powder is what you reach for when food feels a bit plain and you want quick flavor without doing any extra cooking. It is made from fresh curry leaves along with lentils, red chilies, and a touch of tamarind, so the taste comes out nutty, slightly tangy, and nicely spicy.

Just mix a spoon into hot rice with ghee, or keep it on the side for idli and dosa. Even a simple curry or stir-fry tastes better with a little sprinkle on top.

How To Use?

For Idli/Dosa:
• Sprinkle a generous amount of chutney powder on top of your hot idli or dosa.
• Add a little ghee or oil for extra flavor and enjoy!

For Upma:
• Mix 1-2 teaspoons of chutney powder into your cooked upma.
• Stir well and serve hot.

For Akki Rotti/Chapathi/Paratha:
• Sprinkle chutney powder on the rotti or paratha before serving.
• Pair with a dollop of ghee or curd for a complete meal.

For Rice:
• Add 1-2 teaspoons of chutney powder to your hot rice and mix well.
• Top with ghee for a rich, flavorful taste.

For Curd Rice:
• Sprinkle chutney powder over your curd rice and stir for a tasty, tangy twist.

Storage Instruction

• After opening, keep it in an airtight dabba so it stays fresh and does not pick up moisture.
• Fridge is optional. If your place is hot or humid, you can store it in the refrigerator so it lasts longer.
• Always close the lid tightly and use a dry spoon, or the powder can clump and the flavor will drop.
